You will usually receive a quotation from us within 24 hours.

Once we receive your order we will provide you with an order confirmation for your review.  At that time we will request a 50% deposit to get you into our currently 18 week shop scheduling.  When your pieces go into our finishing room we will request the balance due.  Once we receive your balance due we will schedule your delivery with our white glove delivery service. This service takes 2-6 weeks depending on where your pieces are to be delivered. 

We welcome pickups at our shop in Spencer, Mass. We will notify you a week or more before it is ready to pick up. You will pay the balance due at the time of pick up and we will need to collect a 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax.
