How to Order
You can always call or email if you need assistance in determining what will work best in your room settings, we will be happy to answer any and all questions.
Once you decide on what you want simply call,request a quote online, use our online order form or plan a visit to our shop and showroom. We are located in a 10,000 square foot shop in Spencer, Mass.
Remember, as a custom shop we can make any of our catalogue pieces to your size requirements. If your exact selection is not in our current online catalogue, use our online request for quote form and we will contact you promptly with a quotation.
Once you place an order we will invoice you with your order details and request a 50% deposit.
Once we receive your deposit you will be put in the production calendar and your order will be delivered normally within 16-18 weeks. That can be sooner depending on shipping area.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards for payment.
Be sure to check out our furniture in stock page for pieces that are on hand and can ship or be picked up in a few weeks time.
Delivery
You are welcome to pick your furniture up at our shop in Spencer Massachusetts. Within 120 miles of Spencer, Mass, excluding the large case goods, we will hand deliver ourselves to within 30 miles $75, within 60 miles $100, within 90 miles $200, within 120 miles $300.
FedEx deliveries we figure if apple can ship a ipod from China to your door step without running it over with a fork lift Fedex has just as good a chance of getting your piece to you with no problem. For Fedex the rule of thumb is if you can lift it with one hand it should be able to ship. Prices for shipping fedex range from $20 to a little over $100. The piece is boxed in a double walled cardboard box and brought to you the way you recieve any fedex delivery.
We have contracted with a bonded and insured blanket white glove delivery This is a great service and they bring the pieces right to where you want them in your home and install and assemble them if necessary.
Northeast to Virginia Delivery Area 12% of retail or $360.min.$720.max.charge
Central-South Delivery Area 12% of retail or $480.
Western Delivery Area 12% of retail or $600.min.$1200.max. charge
Fuel Surcharges as of June 1st 2008, please add the following on each shipment:
Northeast area: $35. Central-South: $50. Western: $75.
Our furniture has been shipped all over the US and Europe so arrangements can be made for crating and shipping to anywhere via common carrier. Please call us for this quote.
